So recently Greg was the motherfucking Shiznits and bought me Grid (Still undefeated btw, unless you count being totalled deiberately).
So there i was thinking i love teh keyboard and mouse for fps, but for driving games lets be fair, it sucks.

So i went on the prowl looking for software to control windows with so i can play with either my xbox pad or ps3 pad.

so one wirelss xbpx dongle and a wireless pad later. Just like the Ps3 pad, Windows 7 recognises the device when you plug it in but doesn't seem to give me the option to use the device or prioritise it so it acts as mouse/keyboard.

few google searches later... and i found..

http://www.motioninjoy.com/ this supports a ricky-diculous amount of Controllers i googled ps3 and got this one, not managed to get the fucker to work properly and as i have both xbox and ps3 i gave up and went with Microsoft/Microsoft combo. also, i gave up with this prog, but i'm sure if you have ps3, and stick with it, you'll be fine.

However...

http://download.soft.../Xpadder5-3.zip is a direct download for a little prog I use called Xpadder. I think it 'does' Ps3 pads also, but i've not tried it.
It took a while to set the ruddy thing up get a config together and select and configure some nice pictures and that , but i now use the analogue sticks as mouse in windows and the green/red and left/right click, right analogue is Scrollwheel control, and left/right triggers are back forward in ie/firefox. Its useful for films and that, sit back and enjoy.

well that's easy. i've been doing that for at least 18 months. some of us use i-phones. leet pro pieces of tech.

Jaadu VNC. £5.99. remotely connects through either the 3g network or your wireless router. displays whatever is on your desktop, ie, media, games, w/e. you can use mouse and keyboard. useful shit. i was sat i greece last year not only streaming porn through my pc, playing peggle ( other games were a ballache as there was a slight lag between input and result. obviously.), i was adding torrents to queues, pretty much everything you can do with your workstation, as the work is done on the pc and an audio video signal streamed instead of actual 'data', its smooth. if any of you ever used your psp to control the ps3, its very similar. its useful to get round the 'limitations' of the phone, if the phone won't play it, my pc will, i'll just use the phone as a remote viewing controller device.
